[Pennsic] Pre-Regs are In!

Greetings!

Land Grab in 40 days!  Do you have enough garb?

Pennsic Pre-Regs have been sent to all of the Land Agents.  We have 34 in our 
encampment this year, ranging from seasoned veterans to a few first-timers.  
Welcome all!

Over the next few days please take time to:

1.  Send me your tent footprint size, including ropes.  If you have already 
done this, you do not have to send it a second time.

2.  Send me your arrival and departure dates and times (approx.).  This is so 
we can be sure to have someone on hand to show you where to setup.  It is not 
fair to make someone sit in camp all day everyday until we are all safely 
on-site.

3.  Send an e-mail to this list introducing yourself.

First timers should take a look at the Newcomer's Point on 
http://www.pennsicwar.org/penn34/index.html for answers to many questions and a bunch of good 
tips.  

The same page offers Volunteer opportunities.  I would strongly urge each 
member of our encampment to volunteer for a work shift at some point during the 
event.  Ground crew around the A&S tents asks for only 15 minutes!  Volunteer 
hours are logged by Kingdom, affording bragging rights at the end of War Week.  

www.pennsic.net is an unofficial Pennsic site with additional information of 
interest, including the countdown to Land Grab (down to the second...).
