Greetings one and all,

Pennsic XXXV will be here before you know it! It's time to start
planning the encampment. Lady Hedewigis has volunteered to do land grab
again. She has registered the camp site under the name "Shire of Caer
Adamant" and requested our usual site ( NEW block number N-34 ) as our
first choice. To lighten the work load on Lady Hedewigis I have offered
to be her deputy land agent.

1--Prior to registering for Pennsic, all campers must first contact me,
as per Pennsic registration requirements.

2-- All campers must join our Caer Adamant Pennsic mailing list and check
it frequently. This is our only means of communication as a group. To
subscribe go to caer-adamant.org, click on e-mail lists, then scroll down
to Pennsic. The list is a low-traffic list and does not subject the
subscriber to spam, etc.
[NOTE -- If you are reading this, you are already subscribed to the Caer
Adamant Pennsic list and need do nothing additional other than read the postings
that appear! ~ Hedewigis]

3-- I need each campers tent size plus rope spacing, any fly or shade,
and preferred camping spot.

4-- As time gets closer campers need to indicate on what day and what
part of the day they will be arriving. "Between 9 a.m. and Noon"
"Between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m." "Before dawn, but I will park along the road
until Hedewigis is up" Rather like the appliance repair service time ranges. If
you find your schedule
changes, as happens frequently, ask for updates to be communicated. This
could be either be by cell phone to Lady Hedewigis or call me, whichever
works.

5-- Camp fee for general supplies and upgrades is yet to be determined.
Usually it's $10.00 per person.

6-- Deadline to pre-register by mail is May 15th or on-line by June 15th.

The above polices assist in planing the camp. Every effort is made to
accommodate everyone. Register early and contact me if any issues arrive.
I am looking forward to another enjoyable Pennsic experience!
