Greetings Pennsic campers!
 
If you are receiving this note, you should be camping with the unofficial  
Shire of Caer Adamant encampment at Pennsic this year.  If you are not  camping 
with us, you do not have to be a current member of this list, but feel  free 
to "lurk."
 
We have now received our official, and hopefully, final, land allocation  for 
this Pennsic.  We will be in N34, our "traditional" block.  N34  had not been 
part of the drop-down boxes, and we had initially been assigned to  N24 (our 
traditional official assignment).  
 
Lord Padraig will be taking your tent sizes and placing you within our  
space.  I will have the assignments with me on-site and, if I am feeling  
energetic, will probably place stakes around the property indicating your  allotment, 
or at least your general placement.  That said, please send your  tent size(s) 
to this list as soon as possible.  I leave for Land Grab in 12  days. 
 
In addition to tent size(s), also include your day and approximate time of  
arrival -- think service call -- 6 a.m. - 9 a.m., 9 a.m. to noon, noon to 3  
p.m., 3 p.m. to nightfall, middle of the night but will wait in the parking lot  
until a civilised hour... ;^)  It does not have to be exact, but I get  
cranky if I sit in camp all day for you to arrive only to find you were driving  
out after putting in a full day at work...
 
Encampment dues will still be only $10.00 for necessities such as shower  
fuel, firewood, shower upgrades, filters, etc.  Please hold the money until  
arriving at camp.  Time is too short to try to get money collected in  advance.
