Hi all!
Hedewigis, this is all the info you had asked for...
(sorry for the delay! I had only gotten back from vacation two days ago
and I am a bit behind on my e-mail)
1. The dimensions of the tent---
We have a round period pavillion this year. (It is the one sold by
Revival.us) It is about 15' diameter but with the ropes and stakes I'm
going to say it is closer to 18'. It is about 12' high so we may not be
able to fit under low branches and shrubs.
2. We will be arriving on Saturday the 4th. We are hoping to be there
between 3pm-5pm.
3. I will help around the camp, cleaning up and what not whenever I can.
But I have the least amount of classes on Friday the 10th (first choice)
and Sunday the 5th (second choice). So John and I could stick around those
days and do some chores, light the torches, and help with the camp.
4. We expect to pack up and leave at some time on Saturday the 11th.
Please let us know if you need any other info!
Thanks!
Jill and John
