[Populace] Shire Championship Tourney Announcement

Oyez! Oyez! Oyez!! It is time, once more, for the Shire of Caer  Adamant to 
once more choose a Shire Champion! A grand tourney will be held on  Saturday, 
September 2nd. All are welcome to come and fight, yet only a Shire  resident 
may claim the title as Shire Champion. There will be no proxies  allowed, and 
all fighters must represent themselves. The tourney itself will be  a bearpit 
point tourney, with 2 points awarded for a win, 1 point for a loss.  When in the 
bearpit, the fighter may hold for three consecutive wins, and then  must 
retire until his/her turn comes up again. At the end of the tourney, the  fighter 
with the most points, wins. The shire resident with the most points at  the 
end of the tourney shall be named the Champion of the Shire of Caer Adamant.  So 
come one, come all!! Enjoy a day of fun, fighting, and friendship!!!
