[Populace] Info regarding Section 11

To the people of the East Kingdom from Viscount Edward Zifran of Gendy,
Seneschal of the East, greetings.



At the request of the Society Seneschal, I announce that the enactment and
implementation of Section 11 of East Kingdom Law, enacted in August 2006,
will be placed on hold.



This hold will be in place pending review of Section 11 by the Board of
Directors until further notice. The previous announcement stating a January
31, 2007 start date is rescinded.



Until such time as the review is complete and a decision rendered, no
Subject of the East shall be considered to be in violation of Section 11 of
East Kingdom Law.  The Section will remain part of the Body of Law of the
East, but adherence will not be required until said review has reached
completion.



Any applications submitted under Section 11 of East Kingdom Law to any
appropriate officer shall be considered null and void. These applications
and the information contained therein will be destroyed.
