Unto the Populace of the Shire of Caer Adamant does Lady Hedewigis Ockenfüß
send greetings!
In response to a ruling by the Society Seneschal, the location of the
November business meeting has been deemed unacceptable. Although the original
location in Magnolia was selected because of its central location within the
Shire, it is not ADA compliant. Therefore, the Shire of Caer Adamant November
business meeting is being relocated to :
The Unitarian Universalist Society of Millcreek (UUSMC)
579 Polly Drummond Hill Road
Newark, DE 19711.
The building is on Polly Drummond Road just off of Route 72 / Paper Mill
Road, north of Newark. For those coming from the south, take Route 1 to Route
7, cross Kirkwood Highway and turn left after several miles onto Route 72.
Turn left onto Polly Drummond Road, then right into the church. The church
shares the road with a park. Check _www.uusmc.org_ (http://www.uusmc.org/) for
directions and a map.
This site is fully accessible. Note that there is no smoking permitted on
the premises (indoors or outdoors).
Given the extremely short notice we were fortunate to have found a site.
The room will cost $20.00 for the 7:00 - 9:00 meeting, and a collection to
cover the expense will be taken then.
Baroness Valentina, Seneschal, is unavailable at this time, so I am making
this announcement in my capacity as a Drop Dead Deputy.
Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this change may cause.
Absentee ballots will still be accepted as per instructions provided earlier
(photocopy of blue card or current Pikestaff address label together with proof
of residency, both of which are to be attached to the outside of a sealed
envelope containing the completed ballot).
In service,
Lady Hedewigis Ockenfüß
