There  are central places that are ADA compatible, my church for example; 
which we  could use the room for free.
I say suspend the meeting and find a more  suitable site than Newark.

Baron Adolphus,

The location for Tuesday's business meeting  was secured at the last minute 
to accomodate the needs of one of our Shire  members.  In order to give the 
Populace as much notice as possible, I found  and reserved the only accessible, 
and available, site I could identify during my  planning period and lunch while 
at work today.  I wish more notice and  discussion time had been available, 
but as all of us had scheduled the 21st to  attend the Business Meeting, a 
change in location seemed more practical than a  change in date.
