Greetings unto the Shire of Caer Adamant,

First things first....I must extend my apologies for prematurely posting a
decision that had not yet been finalized. Due to my limited Internet Access
and my desire to see this issue resolved, I was premature in posting the
opinion of Sir Edward (EK Seneschal) and Baron Duncan (Southern Regional
Seneschal) prior to its review by the Society Seneschal. This was purely a
misunderstanding on my part in that I did not clearly understand we were
awaiting for a ruling, and thought it was just "for your information"
purposes. Again, my mistake, my apologies, and a strong lesson learned. The
final ruling from the Society Seneschal states that official shire meetings
need to be in handicapped accessible locations but that optional A & S
nights, etc., do not.

As you are all now aware that site of the November meeting has been changed
to an ADA compliant location. If, for some reason you are unable to attend,
please remember that proxy ballots are acceptable.

Yours In Service,

Baroness Valentina Barrows
Seneschal
Shire of Caer Adamant
