[Populace] Announcement Regarding Bhakail Yule

Greetings from Bhakail,  If you would be so kind as to let your group know
of the Following:
 This year's Bhakail Yule on 12/02/06 will be hosting an A & S competition
open to anyone from the East Kingdom. It will be judged by a populace vote.
We would love to see the beautiful works of our artisans from all over the
East Kingdom.
