[Populace] Letters of Intent, Blue Cards and Chairs

For those who have submitted Letters of Intent, or will be submitting
Letters of Intent prior to the start of tomorrow's meeting, please be
prepared to show me a copy of your blue card or in lieu of, a recent copy of
the your Pikestaff.  EXCEPTIONS for those who have already scanned a copy of
the card and emailed it to me, OR whose card I have personally viewed.

Also, I have limited number of chairs at my humble abode, so if you are able
to do so, please bring a small camp chair or stool to add to the seating.
