[Populace] The Shire Championship Tourney

Unto the Fighting Populace of Caer Adamant and  Friends,
 
On Sunday, several fighters took the field in a grand bear pit  tourney. Lord 
Malcolm MacLeod, Conal O'Gaelegan, William of Iron Bog, Triona,  Ian, and 
Marque Vier all fought bravely and honorably. In the end, it was tied  for points 
between Conal O'Gaelegan and William of Iron Bog. Both tired and  spent, they 
were able to muster up the strength and courage to fight one more to  break 
the tie. The battle was long and hard, but in the end, William of Iron Bog  won 
the day and was overall winner of the tourney. As the highest ranking shire  
fighter, Conal O'Gaelegan is now Champion of the Shire of Caer Adamant. Many  
thanks to those who fought and watched. Thanks also goes to Sarah, Marque 
Vier's  lovely lady, for helping with the list and keeping track of the points! A 
good  time was had by all!! I can't wait until next year!!
