Greetings unto the Populace,

As previously mentioned, one of the topics for tomorrow's meeting will be a
general discussion of the proposed creation of an additional Shire in
Delaware.  I am in receipt of the proposed list of zip codes, and they are
posted at the end of this email.

Please, strongly keep in mind that this proposal is *NOT* a done
deal.  There are a number of issues that need to be addressed, such as a
review of the zip codes (for integrity and contiguousness) and a possible
need to poll the members of the potential effected zip codes among others.

Additionally I have requested that the organizer of this proposal, Ld
Sigfried; or a representative of the proposed group (ideally the person who
will be identified as the Seneschal on the submitted New Groups packet)
attend tomorrow night's meeting to answer any questions as to the
proposal.   For those unable to attend tomorrow, please post your questions
here, or send them to me at valentinaDOTscaATgmailDOTcom.

New Castle County.

19906 (Dover) is missing and is likely just an oversight.  My reference
didn't have it either, but it does exist.
