Please forgive the cross postings, but then again feel free to post where
you feel necessary...
This is just a reminder that the pre registration deadline for Cooking and
Brewing Thynge III approaches!! *New this year...a FEAST!!!* Your esteemed
Feast Stewards are Lord John Marshall, Lord Jehan Yves de Chateau
Thiery, Baron Dietrich Schwelgengruber and Master Hogge de Watlynge with one
remove/course being prepared by each fine gentleman.
As noted below, feast seating is listed to 80. Please forward your pre
registrations for this fine event and accompanying feast as soon as possible
so that our cooks may know how much food to prepare for the good folks
attending (and don't forget you save $2 by pre registering!).

Hosted by Shire of Caer
Adamant<http://www.eastkingdom.org/soothlink.html?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.caer-adamant.org>-
Newark, DE
Event Last Modified: January 30th, 2007
Come one, come all, to a day of all things edible and potable! Take, or
teach, classes in the culinary and brewing arts. Spend time with friends in
the large gathering room. Visit the merchants. At the end of the day
partake of a teaching feast, serving food and facts in a delicious
combination.
Dayboard will be the A&S display. Do you simmer a special soup? Bake a
bountiful bread? Create a creamy cheese? Put it on our dayboard and expect
comments. A copy of the recipe or ingredients would be appreciated. More
thorough documentation is encouraged, but is not required, and will be
placed on a nearby table to reduce staining.
The site is handicapped accessible, discretely wet, and only a short drive
from I-95. There are many hotels within a 5 - 15 minute drive. See the
website for a list, or contact Hedewigis.
If you have a class you would like to teach, please contact Master Hogge at
ctclasses at caer-adamant.org.
Due to the capricious nature of February weather, please check the event
website before leaving home. Cancellations or changes due to weather will
be posted there.
*Directions:*
>From I-95, exit 1-B (in Delaware) to Route 896 North (Newark). Continue
straight; road becomes South College Avenue. Pass UofD athletic complex (on
your right), cross over railroad bridge. Left at light onto West Park
Place. Left after two traffic lights onto Willa Road. Right into site.
For directions from the west, please contact Hedwigis.
Note: state regulations prohibit most temporary signage, so please do not
count on "SCA" signs!
