Most people in the SCA have visited a website run by Lord Stefan le 
Rous at least once, and many have been there many times. I am talking 
about Stefan's Florilegium, as can be found 
at:        http://www.florilegium.org/
I find it hard to believe that Lord Stefan le Rous, who has spent 
about the last twenty years building this vast research archive, has 
never received higher than an Award of Arms. I am trying to start a 
campaign. To flood the Ansteoran Crown with emails, from throughout 
the known world, recommending that Stefan be elevated to the Order of 
the Pelican. Here's the hard part. How to get the word out without it 
being seen by Stefan, as he seems to be on most of the lists in the 
Known World. I am sending this request to a few select email lists, 
and to select individuals, asking for your help to make this happen.
	If you are willing to join this crusade, Please address your letters 
to the Ansteoran Crown at        crown at ansteorra.org       and spread 
the word discreetly to others who have used the Flori-thingy, as it 
is often refered to.
