[Populace] Birka Fundraiser

With the gracious permission of the Barony of Stonemarche, there will
be a fundraiser at Birka on Saturday, January 27th in hopes of
assisting their Highnesses (soon to be Majesties) defray some of the
Pennsic Royal expenses that can only be offset by private donation. 
It will be in raffle format with the purchase of tickets at the cost
of $1 per ticket, 6 for $5 and 13 for $10. You put the tickets in for
the items you are interest in winning. Drawings will take place that
day, prior to Court. Every effort is made to ensure all prizes are
awarded.

As of now, there are donations of wine (if permitted), books,
childrens items &a variety of baskets. We once again plan on having
a "naughty basket" that was very popular for another fundraiser
(contents will vary). This is a opportunity to Re-Gift Responsibly,
if you are inclined.

Please note that this fundraiser is privately sponsored and not being
run by the Barony of Stonemarche (as prohibited by Kingdom Law).
