[Populace] Important Slhire Meeting Information and Ballot Information

Greetings!!!

Due to the unavailability of the Delaware City Community Center and other
venues, the February Shire Business Meeting will be held on THURSDAY,
FEBRUARY 22, 2007, 7 p.m. at the CORBIT CALLOWAY LIBRARY IN ODESSA,
DELAWARE.  We will be meeting on the ground level floor in one of the two
meeting spaces (which one depends on how many good gentles attend).  The
library is small, so there is no chance of getting lost within the
building.  It is handicapped accessible.  Directions will be posted at a
later date.

Voting for the following officers and candidates will take place:

Exchequer:  Lady Marietta

Chatelaine:  Baroness Laurens and Lady Veronica

Herald:  Mark Vier

Please provide proof of membership (blue card or recent Pikestaff) and proof
of residency (driver's license, etc.).  Absentee ballots may be cast and
will be available as an attachment to the upcoming Fort Knights, from the
Yahoo Group and by request to your personal email.  Absentee ballots should
be put in a sealed envelope and given to someone attending or mailed to my
address. My address will be on the ballot.
