Well, Master Hogge and I were "dialing for dollars" today, and he hit the
jackpot!!! He called and gave me the name and contact number and I followed
up. I was very excited...called His Excellency, Baron Lorcan, who was very
excited and we all met at the "site" at 6 p.m.

It's outstanding!

Asbury United Methodist Church, Basin Road, New Castle

   - Large hall that seats about 340 (40 round tables; 12 rectangular,
plenty of chairs and the ability to hang banners!)
   - A portable stage!
   - The most awesome HUGE kitchen with an industrial dishwasher,
multiple sinks, 12 burner stove (8 electric, 4 gas), 3 ovens NOT including
the CONVECTION over, steamer tables, freezers, refridgerators, two
microwaves, a "Hobart" slicer and mixer, lots of pots and pans, 8 rolling
trolleys...I'm sure I missed something in the list.
   - 2 sets of bathrooms
   - An awesome "Royalty" room
   - A large room perfect for "indoor merchants" or other activities
   - Plenty of parking
   - Field space for heavy weapons and fencing, although not sure about
   Archery.
   - The ability to arrange for more classrooms
   - Perfectly situated and accessible...141 SB off I95, cross over Rte
13 and it's on the left.

All for currently $550!! Right now the site is being held by the contact
for both Friday night (prep work) and Saturday of that weekend.

His Excellency has to speak with the "powers that be" and a decision will be
made on Monday. Also, there is one more site they are looking at on Friday
in Delaware County.

Whether or not they take advantage of the site, we have discovered a site
for ourselves and this was well worth the exercise!

Thanks to all who made suggestions!!
