[Populace] Queen's A&S Champion

Greetings!
 
Please extend your congratulations to Lady Susanna Lockheart, the newest  
East Kingdom Queen's A&S Champion!
 
Lady Susanna competed yesterday at Mudthaw, placing first among a tough  
field of entries.  She will serve their Majesties for the coming year, and  will 
work with the King's Champion to develop the competition to determine the  next 
champions.  
 
Yet another Kingdom Champion from our fair Shire -- excellent news!
